Subsidy for the accelerated development of commercial fish farming

The subsidy is provided to recipients to stimulate an increase in fish production.

Requirements for recipients:

- absence of an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees;

- absence of overdue debts for the return of subsidies to the regional budget, budget investments provided, including in accordance with other legal acts, and other overdue debts to the regional budget;

- recipients - legal entities should not be in the process of reorganization, liquidation, a bankruptcy procedure has not been introduced with respect to them, and recipients - individual entrepreneurs should not terminate their activities as an individual entrepreneur;

- recipients are not foreign legal entities, Russian legal entities, in the authorized (pooled) capital of which the share of participation of foreign legal entities exceeds 50%;

- the recipient carries out the production and sale of marketable fish on the territory of the Kemerovo region;

- the average level of wages of employees for the fourth quarter of the reporting financial year and the first - third quarters of the current financial year at or above the level in relation to the fourth quarter of the year preceding the reporting financial year and the first - third quarters of the reporting financial year.

List of required documents:

- an application for a subsidy;

- a certificate on the volume of marketable fish grown and sold on the territory of the Kemerovo Region for the fourth quarter of the reporting financial year and the first - third quarters of the current financial year;

- information about the average level of wages of employees;

- information certified by the recipients in the form of federal statistical observation No. 1-P (fish) "Information on the catch of fish and the production of other aquatic biological resources" for the fourth quarter of the reporting financial year and the first - third quarters of the current financial year.

Terms of provision:

Information on the deadlines for accepting documents is posted in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" on the official website of the Ministry http://mcx42.ru/ at least 7 working days before the date of receipt of documents.
