Subsidies to reimburse part of the cost of seasonal field work

Subsidies are provided for:


a) reimbursement of part of the costs (excluding value added tax) for seasonal field work per 1 hectare of sown area occupied by cereals, legumes, oilseeds (except for rapeseed and soybeans), fodder crops;


b) reimbursement of part of the costs (excluding value added tax) for seasonal field work per 1 hectare of sown area occupied by potatoes and vegetables in open ground.






Requirements for recipients:


- no unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines;


- the recipient is an agricultural producer;


- the recipient provided the forms for the annual reporting on the financial and economic condition of commodity producers.






List of required documents:


- application for a subsidy;


- certificate-calculation of the due subsidy for the direction of expenses;


- information on the forms of federal state statistical observation No. 29-sh "Information about the harvest of agricultural crops", No. 2-farmer "Information about the harvest of agricultural crops";


- information on forms N 9-APK or N 1-KFH, reflecting the costs of carrying out a complex of agrotechnological works;


- a copy of the standard intersectoral form N SP-13 "Act of the consumption of seeds and planting material";


- a copy of the certificate for sown seeds of agricultural crops.






Terms of provision:


Information on the deadlines for accepting documents is posted in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" on the official website of the Ministry http://mcx42.ru/ at least 7 working days before the date of receipt of documents.
